2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and food safety purposes, opened or partially eaten food products cannot be returned. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please email us at MuahqzpLuu4663@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
4. Refund Processing Once your return request gets approved, we will issue the refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual arrival time of funds may differ due to bank processing schedules.
